As I was searching bank owned condos in the downtown Portland area from the Cultural District, the Pearl District to the Northwest Industrial area I found this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2.1 bath Portland condo / townhome / townhouse that boasts over 1500 square feet that is in my opinion a great buy.  It’s located in the Shoreline Condominiums along the Willamette river and adjacent to the Pearl District.  Priced under $350,000 it originally sold for over $200,000 more over 2 years ago.

The Shoreline condos were originally built as upscale luxury condo town home units and all have 2 car garages with luxury amenities and finishes such as hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances.  It’s a short walk  or drive from the Pearl District, NW 23rd, and the Nob Hill areas.

As with most a bank owned condos and homes in the Portland area you’ll find that most are generally vacant so they are easy to view with your Realtor and they often are sold as an AS-IS sale where the seller or bank will do no repairs.
