REPO Homes Flooding Happy Valley!

by on Jan 4, 2012

So take a minute to look at the bank owned homes in Happy Valley. I was astonished at the inventory. Happy Valley has been hit pretty hard in the last few years during this crazy hosing crisis we are in. I have a feeling that we are going to see fallout from all these foreclosures for the next five years. I’m not saying that the market is going to get worse but just to get rid of what we got. Now is still an amazing time to buy. I’m wondering if the reason that Happy Valley in particular was hit hard is because of the over development of the area during the real estate boom. None the less… A lot of what I’m seeing are luxury homes at really good prices. Below is a list of bank owned homes in Happy Valley. Just let me know if you would like to go tour them.

Some of these homes are sweet deals boasting many of the same amenities of new luxury homes in Portland. I’ve been a Realtor since 2003 and have an extensive background in foreclosures and distressed properties. This being said, if you are savvy home buyer then I want to be your Realtor. Take a minute to sign up for “Auction Alert” and tell your preference on price or location and I will send you the bank owned and foreclosure lists. They are free and sent directly to your email. Thank you for taking the time to read my blog and feel free to call me with any questions about Portland Real Estate.
